I've managed to eat clean the whole day and finished 93 oz of water. Getting enough water has always been a struggle for me, not because I don't like water, but just because I forget to drink it.
I found a 93 oz jug that I fill up in the morning and I try to get half of it by noon and then finish the rest by the end of the day. I think being able to see exactly how much water I'm drinking has helped instead of just grabbing 8oz of water here and there.
