Calories: 1689
(I didn't have any watermelon today, so I ate a banana instead. That put me down about 40 calories less than yesterday)

Today was an uneventful day. I have about 8oz of water left to drink for the day and that will be easy, especially with Kenpo as my workout.

This weekend will be a test though. We're planning a bbq so I'm hoping I can stay as disciplined as i've been so far.
