Week 3

Okay, so I had a minor back injury that kept me from working out for about 2wks. I feel 100% again and so this week, I'll be picking up where I left off.


I did get my walks in, which are about 3-5 miles a day so I wasn't completely inactive. My diet on the other hand was not so great. I will be working on that this week.


I also managed to keep my weight under control in those 2wks. I actually lost a little bit. I saw 131 this morning and my goal is to get down to 128lbs. So can I lose 3lbs in 3wks? I think I can. :)

Day 14

Monday. Gotta luv 'em.

Okay, since last week was a mess. This week I plan on losing one more pound. I will try my hardest to get all my workout ins and to eat right.

I did an unofficial weigh in this morning. I stepped on the bathroom scale and I was still at 132. I didnt' get a chance to get on the Wii and do it since I was busy with taking out the bulk trash. Anyway, tomorrow i'll do it first thing in the morning and I'll take some week 2 pics.

I'll come back to update with what I ate, my exercise, etc.

Day 12-13

Day 12

Saturday was a disaster. Actually thinking back, this whole week has been bad. I got lazy with my food and well, i'm sure the scale is going to show that come weigh-in.

I didn't do my workout this Saturday, which is normally my offday anyway, but since I missed one this week I was going to use Saturday to make it up.

I didnt' happen. I'm not even going to begin typing what I ate. We went to a birthday barbeque and well, that about sums it all up. I didn't over eat but the stuff I ate wasn't the healthiest.

Day 13

Sunday was even worse. Again, I planned on doing Kenpo X but somewhere between cleaning the house and taking the kids out to the park and practicing some soccer, exercising was the last thing I wanted to do.

We desparately need to go food shopping again. We didn't have anything quick to cook last night so guess what I ate... ughh.. I hate myself for it but what's done is done... I had McDonalds.

Anyway, I'm going to be extra deligent this week. Tomorrow I'll do my weigh-in since this morning I was busy taking out some trash before the garbage truck came around.

Day 9-11

I haven't weighed myself since Monday. I just keep forgetting to. I'll try to remember tomorrow.

Day 9-

Uneventful. I've been having weird cravings. I almost never crave stuff when i'm eating 1800 calories... so i'm not sure what's up with that. I have to recalculate, maybe i'm not eating enough.

Day 10-

I missed my Plyo workout. Hubby went to bed early and I just decided to follow him. :) Not good, but such is life.

Day 11-

Exercise: Plyometrics & Ab Ripper X

I know those 2 workouts dont' go together but since I missed the workout last night and tonight should have been shoulders & arms, I threw the Ab workout in the mix.

Diet: Still having cravings. Although today I did miss breakfast today. That i'm thinking is what threw my day off today. I didnt' pig out or anything. I've learned and gained lots of selfcontrol. I could have done better though that's for sure.

Water: Not enough. My jug is sitting on the table still half full, so I know I didnt' have enough. I was just so darn busy today that I neglected it. I will do better tomorrow.

Woohoo !! My efforts for this week has paid off. I weighed myself today and i'm done almost 3lbs since I started on Monday.

Day 6

Weight: Forget to weigh myself


Today was sooo stressful for me. My 2 reports for school were due and my husband wasn't around to watch the kiddos. My friend Katie was helping me watch them but I would feel guilty leaving her with them for long stretch of times. In other words, I was taking a lot of breaks and that just compounded my stress. I finally finished my reports at around 4am this morning but i'm glad they are done.

Surprising I was able to control myself. Usually when my friend is around, I tend to eat like a piggy. :) I had my usual breakfast, snack, lunch, snack and my dinner was the only thing that was questionable.

I had some salmon and white rice. Funny enough, my friend wanted to go to IKEA for dinner.. lol So yeah, that's where we ate. The salmon was good, I just wished there was no sauce on it.

I was going to cheat a little and get an ice cream cone but when I went to order it I only ordered 3 by mistake.. well, actually it turned it okay since I would have felt guilty after eating it. I just took a couple of licks of my son's vanilla ice cream so that I wouldn't feel deprived. :P

Anyway, that's all for today.
